no follow through. my loan docs were wrong twice. My name was incorrect to the point where I finally scratched my name and initialed so the refinance would close. I am now concerned that the ineptitude of Pennymac will not record my loan and title correctly. For the amount i paid to refinance, I should NOT have to be bothered with loan / closing documents that have my NAME incorrectly stated. I had to initiate all of the calls and rarely was I ever called back.

Overall experience was great. Best deal that I could find when I was shopping around. Even though point on my loan were high the interes was low which result in low monthly payment. Service and results were great and fast. Thanks

Current rates have apparently created a very busy market in which there are more loan requests than there are people to process them. Thus, I understand why it took so much longer than expected. What I didn't appreciate was, for example, being asked for a document that I had already provided and then having my question ignored when I asked why they needed it again. And they tell me they will have to charge extra for subordinating a loan that was being paid off by the new loan.
