It was all good and the team was wonderful.
Correct. Process too way too long. Wiring of funds has not occurred yet
We had the closing date dependant on the closing of our existing house and made that clear to everyone, we thought, throughout the process. At the very end we are suddenly told our closing date on the new loan is the date our rate lock exires.

The originating loan agent needs better email etiquette (short, informal responses) and follow through. Barry, the processor was great. We closed this past Tuesday and still do not have the funds. That is too long.
