Erica Sanchez was excellent at communicating with me at all times and giving me the answers and time frames as I requested. However, the under writing team sucked. It took them three attempts to finally get their side of the paperwork and procedures correct!!

Make your loan originators be more specific about Debt to income ratio, before pre approval is given out. If we had known that, we would’ve did things differently. That was the only problem. Vonnye Wade with my Mac team was great. She communicated well. She deserves a raise.
Great service, minimal time processing and very little work required from me.
I communicated a week prior that my closing disclosure was inaccurate and a fee was not applicable. This was again communicated (both via telephone and by email) the day prior to close. Despite this; the closing documents sent to the notary were incorrect. As a result, my closing was delayed by nine hours and I had to juggle my children (Ages 1 and 3) while traveling to the notary’s home to finally close at 6 o’clock at night. This was a major inconvenience and ruined a positive time.
Our only issue was that the loan sat for days/weeks waiting for "Title" to do whatever they do, and there were several emails from Danyell to that effect. only after pushing to get a answer did "Title" finally get on the stick and get is through. I don't think it was Danyell's fault, but maybe she should be more insistent on answers from Title, sooner.
Very flexible with my schedule and very professional. Experience was easy and stress-free.
