Returning phone calls , texts and emails. Actually listening to what clients say. Fact checking before filling out loan documents. When making a mortgage payment for a client not reporting them deliquent to the credit bereau, twice which led to a threat of legal action against me. This has been a 10 month process. No, I do not recommend Penny Mac.
I want to be clear, Faiza was GREAT. She had to deal with giving me bad information from Underwriting that sent me on a wild goose chase regarding curing a CREDCO deficiency. She had to deal with the terms and rate not being correct when I got the closing docs after all that, and she had to deal with a mistakenly ordered appraisal which I heard about from the appraiser at Absolute Appraisals. I WANT TO BE PERFECTLY CLEAR, FAIZA WAS GREAT AT HER JOB AND A POINT OD CONSTANCY FOR ME.
Faiza was pleasant to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly returned phone calls. Her status updates were also appreciated.
There was a delay in the beginning I wasn’t looking to refi I was looking to borrow on my equity but Ivan C showed me the way I could save hundreds of dollars. Thank you Ivan C. Hilda K completed the process and everything went smoothly. Thank you Mike & Barb M
My PennyMac team was fast, accurate, and responsive. They executed way above my expectations from start to finish. I definitely recommend PennyMac to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage. John and Cheree are outstanding, down to earth people!
Kelsey was very polite and professional as well as personable. She made a really overwhelming process smoother for me taking the time to frequently check in, answering all questions promptly and seeking addition support when I had questions she needed to research more . She was quick to route me to the right person if she didn’t have the answer. She was very detailed and concise and communication was great throughout the process.

Great refinance experience. Everything clearly explained and fast closing.
Kami went above & beyond to save me money, give me a better deal & retain me as her client. I had signed closing with another mortgage company because of the delay. On informing her she roped in a Sales Manager who broke down costs & explained to me why I should remain with PennyMac. The process again got delayed & she pulled in her direct Boss to call me & confirm the reason for the delay. Overall an amazing experience. Kami is your great asset, nurture her.
