My whole loan experience was great. I was informed about the loan process from beginning to end. I was informed every week , about the process of the loan. I really didn't have any worry. The staff at PennyMac is great. Thanks again.

Thank you to the team. Exceeded our expectations and made this very smooth. Rob was attentive and even jumped in and quickly addressed the one question we had and got that resolved. Very fast and communication was perfect.

When I first called to pay off my PMI I was told it was better to refinance and it would only take two weeks. It took three months. First I was told the processing team was behind then I was told it was delayed because I needed to send in my pay stubs again because the first set expired. This happened twice. Furthermore, I don’t understand why you needed me to send in my flood and Home Insurance when you already have copies of it. That just seems lazy on your part.

Lack of communication and transparency. Canceled closing without notifying a customer not once but 5 times in total. Asking for same things over and over again. Loan officer non existent. The worst experience of my life. The only reason why my case was moved is, I took it to social media. It took over 4 months to do simply refinancing. Shame on you!!
