Ruben, my loan officer- was spectacular. He communicated promptly and clearly. Once my documents went into closing status though it was nearly impossible to get any communication back from Benjamin or Ray. E-mails went generally unanswered. And the few that were answered were only replied to after 3-5 days of my having to leave voicemail. The only positive I have to say is for Ruben, who was excellent. And that things actually closed on time due to my and the title company's vocal persistence.

Nicholas was very communicative throughout the whole process. He was quick and very clear to explain to us what the next step was in refinancing our home. We never had to question whether or not we had uploaded the file correctly because we would receive a phone call thanking us for submitting the necessary documents. Everyone I spoke to was kind and friendly and I knew exactly where my application was in the process. I was thankful to be in the know. Thank you PennyMac and Nicholas Hagan.
