The process was fast and easy, and we were able to get where we wanted to be with very little pain. Xavier was persistent with his communications and took the time to ensure everything was moving along as quickly as possible. Super happy with this experience and glad we chose to stay with PennyMac.

Had a great experience on refinancing our home thru penny mac. Even with COVID they were able to accommodate all my requests and everyone I worked with was courteous and professional.
It was unacceptable how the cash to close changed so drastically upwards until I complained, and it magically went down again. Also, the cash to close/closing disclosures were never sent to me every time it updated. We had to reschedule 4-5 times for the closing because of the cash to close rising in error by a ridiculous more than twice the amount, and then because of the backwards process of date/time scheduling for closing.
Everyone involved communicated and got back with us right away through the whole process. The loan actually closed a lot sooner then excepted which was wonderful for us.
PennyMac personnel were friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. Thank you for assisting me with our refinance needs!
Will and tim are amazing and actually treated us like we’re human beings noting but respect and always answered my calls and questions we will always use penny Mac
