Everything about this process was great. The team of staff assigned to work with us were professional and very supportive. Our initial loan officer, Keith, was especially helpful in that he communicated things very clearly to us and really went to bat for us to help us with our needs. We would definitely recommend Penny Mac to any of our friends and family.
We were not informed that we would have to provide a fee to the title company and we were blindsided by this agent from Republic Title and then once we had closed the deal Republic Title was over aggressive wondering why the personal check was not in their possession a week later! I hope you sell my mortgage to a Chinese bank and that Penny Mac goes under as you are crony capitalist bankers that do not deserve my business!
