During the initial call with my lender I was told that we would be able to avoid submitting paperwork such as our last paystubs, past taxes, etc. which are just kind of annoying to track down between my husband and I. It's not the end of the world but the "easy" process was what sold me on PennyMac over switching lenders so I felt EXTREMELY betrayed that I ended up having to not only provide all this information, but I'm pretty sure some of it I had to provide twice.
