We've been with Peñny Mac for 11 years. Would not go anywhere else. The service and rates can't be beat! Daniel and Ana were patient with my lack of knowledge and more than professional in handling our loan from Day one.
It was one of the most frustrating experiences mainly because I could never contact anyone. Right after starting the refi i sent email to both my original loan officer abdul Saleh and Robert Winkler to see if I could take $ out. I got no reply. I kept trying to call Robert, I kept getting some woman's voicemail and never got a call back.I tried contacting someone via the website too. No answers. The only way we FINALLY got in touch with someone was by my husband waiting on the phone for 30 min.

I feel like documents were repeating and after numerous emails and phone calls to correct my wife middle name, it has not been fixed

I was supposed to close September 8 and no one showed up. I was told after that they had to verify my employment. I uploaded three checks to the portal. Verification should have been done more in advanced then the Friday of a holiday weekend before my closing. Then I was rescheduled for that Friday. Apparently that person was in an accident en route and called the company, but no one contacted me.
