Too many pennymac reps involved little coordination conflicting answers or no answers at all. Calls not returned emails not answered.

My Penny Mac experience was the 2nd time refinancing as a 1st time homebuyer, and I MUST SAY, ALL of the people that I had contact with were calm, relaxed, helpful, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and really filled in my blanks of knowledge, explaining THOROUGHLY my questions!!!! Thanks with MUCH gratitude to EVERYONE who worked with us!!!!
Speed and clarity
Never felt valued as a customer. Never felt like my opinion mattered.
The whole process took ALL of 3 months to complete. I was extremely patient. Barbara Fernandez was the only person that managed to get the process to come to a closing. Before talking with her, I was required to get bank documents that only come out at the end of the month. That was the last thing that happened at the end of the second month. I believe the first representative was new and that ended the first month poorly. Barbara Fernandez was god sent. I wanted to see if my bank could help.
