My feedback is not directed solely at Hilda, but with the overall process. I was matched with loan supervisors who were non-communicative, not helpful, and delayed my loan by months. The only person who did an exceptional job was Jason Carvalho! Thank you to him. Loan officers should not have so many clients that they are not available to speak with each client more than once a week (or longer) and should have a direct line where they can be reached.
Liem was exceptionally helpful and patient with me. Always was available to speak with me and give answers to my questions.
We were given incredible service and a loan experience that was without stress. We would recommend PennyMac!

Serious lack of communication, professionalism. Every time I deal with Pmac theres confusion, multiple requests for the same docs. The folks at Pmac struggle.
