Information was not provided inaccurately. Loan officer gave me wrong information about rate and points. Also, my closing date was moved without noticing me in advance. Closing did not happen as scheduled since the attorney didn't have enough paperworks from PennyMac. It was so disorganized. In addition, the managers were not responsive neither. They gave me option to call for emergency but no one had responded to my calls. I would not recommend PennyMac for anyone.
my experience with Jacob was great. He was very communicative and consistently kept us informed on the loan process. He explained all of the steps clearly and was clear in what documents were needed. No confusion during the process at all. Very happy with his performance.
The terms of several Closing Disclosures were inaccurate, even on the one we used to finally close. -first CD included cash to Homeowner, which was not requested -another CD included Escrow, which was not requested -another CD did not include applying our our current loan Escrow to pay down our current mortgage/loan The actual closing with the Notary was smooth Rachel Harris in particular was very helpful in finally getting this all resolved. The whole process took 3 months.
Jesse was great to work with explaining everything thoroughly and communicating on a regular basis. Overall high satisfaction with the entire process!
Rachel is wonderful. She helped answer all my quedtion throughout my refinancing process. She's very attentive, understanding, and patient.
Lisa Danielle was very professional, extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. There was a point during the process where we went through a phone tag episode and I feel Lisa Danielle went out of Her way to try and make sure She was able to answer my question despite the inability to find a common time to speak over the phone. Couldn’t reach my loan officer by phone, and emails were apparently delayed. Set closing date with a notary and 4/5 times person did not show. Left out taxes when refinancing our home and had to stay over with the documents on a different day.
Rachel did a great job, very happy with the overall process.
The process was clear and concise. Reps stayed in contact with us weekly so that we knew what was happening. Signing was easy and funds were directly deposited to our account.
