Great experience. My Refi was super easy. I already had PennyMac so when I did the refi they only needed 8 documents. All of the fees added up to more than I was originally lead to believe. But the difference wasn’t too drastic.

Denny was very poor with communication. Was asking for same document multiple times and delayed my closing by couple of months. I had to work with his manager Jeff who resolved the issue in one day by clearing smoke on documentation request from under writers. Deeny had no intention or drive to help me and even for final loan numbers and closing I had to work with Nicholas. Worst experience ever. If we have loan processing officers like Denny, I will never recommend PennyMac to my friends

The communication was clear and concise and everything was easy to understand and comprehend. Everyone was polite and friendly. The redundancy and government required forms are a little over the top, but that is no fault of PennyMac. I would definitely recommend PennyMac for their services to anyone.

Nicholas was great, I think most of the issues were with the title companies, although there were some unexpected issues with documents at the end. Penny Mac worked overtime to correct mistakes made by previous title/mortgage companies when doing previous refi's, so I appreciate everyones efforts despite the delays at the end. Thank you Nicholas and everyone at Penny Mac!
