Excellent service, great communication, and everything was done in a timely manner.
It was fine. Paperwork often did not match what we were told. My husband was who spoke to the representative when there were issues or concerns. The closing we were told one time then notary called the day of closing and said it was another time, stressed me out, and my husband had to call and complain to get the time right. Little things made the experience ok, not great.

From the first phone call and through out the loan refinance experience I received excellent customer service. Communication was clear and I was kept up to date with up to date through each step of the refinance process. I had accurate information given with no need to go back and resend any necessary additional information. My closing date and time frame fell right along with the information I was given. It was really nice and convenient to have the closing done in my home.
My experience with Nicholas Batten was very good. He was very responsive to my questions.
Jesse was clear and concise when describing my options to refinance in the beginning. From that point forward, the processing of my loan was a different story. Upon logging into the portal, many of my documents weren’t accepted via Safari browser (or so I was told) and I had to email separately. Additionally, several requests were made for the same documents due to a change in loan officers midway through. Subsequently, my loan did not close in time and they charged my a late fee of $57.31.
The process was overall painless and the staff was professional. The only concern was the waiting to hear details on the current status as it moved through the milestones and the incomplete closing requirement for my state. The end result was great and I would definitely recommend.
