Everything was communicated well in advance and all my questions were answered promptly. From start to finish this was the smoothest closing ever.
The communication was clear and concise and everything was easy to understand and comprehend. Everyone was polite and friendly. The redundancy and government required forms are a little over the top, but that is no fault of PennyMac. I would definitely recommend PennyMac for their services to anyone.
