Throughout the process it was very difficult to get in contact with my loan rep. I was told we were closing and the loan wasn't clear to close which ruined a lot of thing I had scheduled.
Using a competent title company would help. I tried to close this loan 6 time... technically it was 2 loans because I had to cancel it due to an incorrect legal description. I provided the correct one. The closing team still messed it up... over and over... and over. Incompetence is the only thing I can think of.
The process was as it was explained to me initially. I do not have any further commentary.
The portal and what seemed to be automated emails caused some confusion on what documents were required of us. Deion was exceptional in responding to our queries and remedying any issues.
Michelle was very organized and well prepared for the closing session. Her preparedness and attention to detail made the whole process go smoothly. She was able to answer all of my questions and was able to provide additional details without hesitation when requested.
