Escrow issues
I do think there were a few hiccups in the process, but not necessarily reflective of Joe's performance. Closing took longer than expected.

The PennyMac Team dropped the ball and let things hang for months. I finally had to get involved and make telephone calls and figure out what they did wrong. Once I communicated the requirements to them, the correct information was obtained and things started moving along. Timothy made multiple excuses on why he did not contact me by telephone. He said my phone went to message whenever he called but there's no record that he ever called. The Loan Officer reached me every time she called.
If I could actually talk to someone right away, not get hung up on everytime I got transferred, if my loan officer would actually be available or at least call back (hard to reach/never called back), communication was garbage throughout whole my Mac team
