The communication and documentation processes were clear and did not cause any confusion for me. There was a mis communication on closing date and time. It was mentioned that closing on 09/21 at 5pm est but atterney was calling me for closing at 10pm est without prior updates. Over, great experiences.

Xavier --- the administrator who assisted me was extremely professional and competent. If I had a position available at my company, I would most certainly hire him away from you. You are very lucky to have someone of his caliber. So why? The closing company you choose, did not show up at the agreed upon time. Your people "Xavier" apologized for everyone; but it was nothing he could have done. Recommend you vet your closing companies a bit more closely. Xavier made all the difference.
