The communication process was amazing. I had a PennyMac representative checking on me every week to see if I had any questions. Quite frankly, I was very pleased that the representative was checking up on me. It made me feel special and made me feel that PennyMac truly cared that I was feeling comfortable about the overall process. The overall time frame from the initial application to the closing exceeded my expectations. I am glad I did not refi with someone else!
