Loan application department was good. There were some problems at the closing stage from address issues to more serious problem of wrong loan being paid off. Everything was taken care and I assume the issues are due to new work style (work from home) and may be less people due to COVID. But, please rectify these problems. In any case, the service people did a great job. Thanks.

Maxwell Mitchell was good and kept us on the loop. When he was not in the office, everything fell apart. We called and asked for our loan officer Karen but never heard back from her to discuss the discrepancy with our cash-to-close and future monthly payments. We were given different number figures by other agents while Maxwell was out of the office. When he came back he helped get us a closing date within the deadline.
