Hi, I feel that overall Carmelita did a great job. The original closing date was falsely communicated. The final closing documents were changed in 9/29, and not provided. The expectation for closing including form of payment, cost, and date were not we'll managed nor were document requests. That being said Carmelita was very patient and available for questions. Even when there was a disagreement she kept her composure and talked through the situation in a professional manner.
I had a hard time getting a hold of any of the team members to answer my questions, and the answers I was give we’re unclear to me. The closing was late because documents weren’t ready and no one notified me.
This was a stress free mortgage refinance! Starting with Doug Vorbeck. Doug was very helpful and patient taking his time to search the best loan that would work for me. I loved the convenience of signing the documents through the portal. Throughout the Loan Process, Kyle McTighe was extremely professional and being there every step of the way. He kept a continuous open line communication sending status updates and answering any questions I would have. Great Job!!! I highly recommend Penny Mac!

The process for my refinance was so seem less and convenient. Everything was done remote/online. I especially liked the fact that the notary came to me. She was a pleasure to work with also. Thank you.
