It took fours months just to refinance my existing loan. PennyMac has one person a loan officer start the process then you have to work with a loan specialist thereafter. Angel seemed very responsive and knowledgeable in the beginning once I began to complain on what was told verses what was requested she stopped emailing me back. Maxwell was extremely apologetic during his weekly checks letting me know week after week no further documents are needed. It took four months to finalize my closing!

Penny Mac loan is the best place for mortgage matters. Highly recommend. I’d like to continue with Pennymac loan services until my property is paid off.

Jason Staples was great! The problem was with the loan officer that I originally was communicating with. She didn't respond to emails or voicemails promptly at all. Furthermore, it seemed as if each time we did communicate then there was another problem that rose that I had to fix. Unacceptable.
