My experience with working with. shatrice Culver was awesome. She kept me updated on the processing whether by phone or email from the beginning to the end. Her excellent customer service did not leave me anxious as how the process was going. I thank her for the follow-up even after closing. I rate her a 5 star.
Due to interest rates hitting the floor, I decided to shop around for a refinance. I got a couple of quotes from banks that weren't as low as I would have liked. Because PennyMac had previously purchased my mortgage, I figured I would give them a go. They ended up giving me a lower rate than the other banks I had reached out to, and they made the whole process incredibly easy. They communicated well with me through the whole process, and even sent a notary right to our house. Great experience!
