Very little was required of me. Just fill out a few forms then sign sign sign. If I could go back to every house I've purchased I would chose PennyMac. Aces!

Process took from May to September. Could not get a response without multiple emails and phone calls. Loan officer argued with me over the phone. Loan officers boss tried making excuses for him then would not answer my phone calls when I had questions. Only stayed with Penny Mac because they were my existing loan company and I did not want to spend thousands in closing at another mortgage company. Overall terrible experience. I do not recommend.
