I was not pleased about the naming convention on the documents. If I had to sign 100 docs I would say half of them had one name and the other half had another name. I thought this was all worked about prior to closing. But at the end of the day I liked the rate and the numbers in how it will help my family. But the docs was disappointing and having multiple names seems a little lazy and unprofessional.
Great services
Communication was subpar. Different requests, from different departments, one never knew what the other was doing. I received communications from at least a dozen different representatives of the company. The last email said, "It was nice working with you", but this was absolutely the first time I had ever heard from the person. My other gripe is when a document was requested and I submitted it, there was never any feedback (live or digital). Streamlined communication would help tremendously.
Easy from start to finish

The loan process with PennyMac was great. The loan team was professional, courteous, effective, and efficient. They did everything they said they would do and everything went according to the schedule provided. Cmmunication was clear and timely. I highly recommend the PennyMac loan team.

Both of the representatives I worked with on this Re-Fi were fantastic, they were Barbara Bellamy, and Vince Cooper. From beginning to end I felt I was in competent, helpful hands to guide me through the process. It really was seamless and went off without any issues. Thank you!
