Everything went really well with my refinance. There was a little confusion regarding some documents and whether they were needed or not but other than that it all went smooth. During such a huge refinance boom it’s to be expected that there might be a snag or two but the loan closed on time so that’s all that really matters. I was an escrow closer for 15 years so I’m familiar with the process but I think if I was inexperienced I might have needed a little more communication.
The process just took too long and the agent didn't communicate often with me. But Overall it got done.
The whole process was easy and simple!!
