Awesome and smooth process
Due to the volume of individuals looking to finance a new home or refinance a current loan, our initial attempts to speak to someone difficult. However, once we submitted our application, things began to move like clockwork. Everyone we were in contact with were professional, and took the time to explain the rules and the process of our refinance.
We were given professional, friendly and relatable service. Also, our health was regarded with much respect with the current pandemic, she was courteous and cautious as well as mindful to our well being. The overall signing and process was fluid and done in a very quick and timely manner.

Corey Golden provided excellent service. Kami provided good service UNTIL she was "out" -file fell thru cracks, docs submitted re-requested, "incomplete status" -docs not relevant requested again, held up process. I am a 0.3% owner-billion dollar company & receive a K1 not W2 & $750,000/yr. They requested my company bank statements, financial statements, contracts, etc., like I was a >25% owner-stalled my loan out. FRUSTRATING! SOLUTION-have a process to cover accounts when loan processor leave
