The issue at PennyMac is that once the process goes past the loan officer you might as well sent emails to a brick wall. It goes to some group inbox and if it doesn’t pertain to that certain individual it WILL NOT get a response. I get it, they’ve already marked us off as good to go and check us as another prerequisite to their bonus and couldn’t care less about any further communication. We reached out several times asking for simple answers and never got a response. PennyMac=all about the sale

Unfortunate CoVid made the experience hard on the loan officer and me because things couldn’t be smooth too many loan officers involved but I got the loan so I really can’t complain .

I applied for the beginning of June. After July, I was told 3 times by two different people that my loan was in processing for final approval. When that turned out to not be true each time I was told that my loan would be expedited. That too was a lie. I sent an email with my concerns and did not receive a reply. I finally made contact with a supervisor who told me again, my loan would be expedited. Four months later Sept 21 we finally signed.
