The majority of the problem was with VA appraiser however penny Mac requested documents through the 1st person I spoke to and the 2nd person I spoke to that still were not there after we closed that I had to get to the final closing people just so they would finance the loan

We were mostly frustrated with the lack of communication from Jennifer who was assigned as our loan “specialist”. We understand that PennyMac is busy with the interest rates being so low, but this was excessive. She never replied to ANY of our emails or voicemails. She only called us when we would send an email to Rob and he would get in touch with her to call. Even then, she only called 2 times to let us know shes going to find out information and get back to us, but she never followed through!
Even though the entire process took almost 2 months Patrick & team did an excellent job on closing the house. My special thanks to Teresa Henry-She was very pleasant and responded back quickly. she was a big help and absolutely incredible. She was always available to answer all my questions and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home!

communicate in a professional manner. anytime we called there was never anyone who answered we had a closer relationship to the voicemails than actual people. and emailed communication/ responses made no sense to the questions we had expressed. this survey is supposed to be for monisha, i do not know who that is. I should know who i am supposed to be rating. the process was easy, however frustrating because we never talked to a real person.
My answers do no refelct how My'esha Allen helped in this process. She was amazing and helped every step of the way. However, the rest of the team failed over and over when it came to the appraisal documents. There was poor communication from the appraisal team which caused our loan to be pushed out for 2 months. We were supposed to close the end of July, but we closed in September. Overall we were disappointed with the time it took to complete our loan.
