I want to be clear, Faiza was GREAT. She had to deal with giving me bad information from Underwriting that sent me on a wild goose chase regarding curing a CREDCO deficiency. She had to deal with the terms and rate not being correct when I got the closing docs after all that, and she had to deal with a mistakenly ordered appraisal which I heard about from the appraiser at Absolute Appraisals. I WANT TO BE PERFECTLY CLEAR, FAIZA WAS GREAT AT HER JOB AND A POINT OD CONSTANCY FOR ME.
Faiza was pleasant to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly returned phone calls. Her status updates were also appreciated.
