There were issues getting my employment verification completed multiple times. These issues were not communicated in a timely matter which dragged on the entire process.

I was supposed to close September 8 and no one showed up. I was told after that they had to verify my employment. I uploaded three checks to the portal. Verification should have been done more in advanced then the Friday of a holiday weekend before my closing. Then I was rescheduled for that Friday. Apparently that person was in an accident en route and called the company, but no one contacted me.
