I was repeatedly asked for my "Permanent Resident Alien" card even though I have provided my social security number and said I was a US citizen from the start of this process. I responded saying I'm a us citizen, I was born in the US etc. I was assured it was a mistake but for about a month I was repeatedly asked to provide my permanent resident alien card. This is very concerning to me that I was being targeted for being Hispanic. Also lack of response whenever I emailed the mymacteam@ email

Sherri Viamontes did a great job to start me off in the loan process and I would recommend her to anyone. However, when it came to mr.Deion smith, he was great at replying back to me but wasn’t knowledgeable enough to direct me in the right direction when I ask about power of attorney. If I had listen to him, I probably would have spent extra money out of my pocket to hire lawyer to make a POA. at closing, my appt was cancelled and a young lady who has littleknowledge of the paper came instead.
