Mary Davis made the experience easy and she was on top of the process. This is our second try at applying for the loan, which was an issue when it came to Gabriel Alvarado. Gabriel dropped the ball, had poor follow-up, and misrepresented PM.
I understand Mary was sick, however, I still should have been able to work with Jordan without any problems.
Paulette was a pleasure to work with, I will 100% recommend her for anyone that needs a home loan!!
As a customer for many years who ALWAYS paid early or on time I was very disappointed by the fact that I had to fees to hold my interest rate. I felt as if my loyalty as a long time customer and choice to stay with PennyMac didn’t mean anything.
