Eventually with a whole lot of patience on my end gathering all the paper work to submit per request can drive you crazy.But an on going help from the loan offer was a big help
The loan officer made acquiring the loan this loan a lot easier than expected. We are very pleased with the service. Any issues with documents were etc. was on my end. We are extremely satisfied with everyone at Pennymac.

The issues that were problematic originally stemmed from the sr. loan officer that in my opinion grossly misrepresented the terms to me in which I agreed for a VA refi. The VA required residuals were either omitted or intentionally left out.
