Buyer beware!!! Pennymac made this the single worst experience of my life and if I could give them 0 stars I would!!! During the refinance the inspector said he found a "mold like substance" in the bathroom and said my house paint might have lead due to age of house, neither of which could be verified since he "doesn't have the training or equipment to test." So we went round and round over which repairs needed to be prioritized for an escrow holdback to be done. During a three way call with the construction company the lo... read more
