Owen and Gina were very knowledgeable about the process. They made us aware of time frames , nd let us know what to expect.
The entire loan process was very professional and courteous.
Carolyn and Ray tried to help me as best as they could. The underwriting staff did not communicate well and the requirements were ambiguous at best. I was asked, several times, to liquidate a 401k account that was never my plan. I finally was able to get this straightened out 3 days prior to closing, which was very nerve-wracking. In addition, the next business day after my closing, I was informed that the funds had not cleared and I was going to be held accountable for any fees.
Patrick was very professional, informative and kind. We really enjoyed our experience working thru a closing which I believe is a first. Thanks for everything.
Could not ever get emails to go through to Ed or Shay. Phone was difficult to contact them as well.
