First, Let me say my loan officer did a fantastic job. Being putting in the situation with my loan and handling my case with his professionalism was AMAZING! Thank you DM. I was not pleased with the 5 different loan revisions. Honestly, I could have stayed with ICG - Veteran Home Loans and taken the counter offer, which they did come back and compete with a lower payment, interest rate, and total loan amount.

With everyone working from home and influx of people doing refi, I actually didn't expect to close in the time frame that it did. I was pleased after it was all said and done.

I was pretty irritated of the lack of communication there was with my loan processor's!!! Jeffery Smith who helped me apply for the loan was a god sent and he is the only reason I was able to get a hold of anyone. So I would Give Jeffery Smith 100 stars!!!

Throughout refinancing process Robert Winkler and other members of PennyMac team kept me apprised of the loan process until completion. The loan was processed very quickly. From start to finish I received excellent customer service from the PennyMac team.
