Great job!
There was ZERO sense of urgency during the whole process. There were huge gaps in communication where days and weeks would go by without hearing anything. If my wife or I did not call directly, nothing would have ever gotten done. This was not only an awful experience, but a completely unnecessary one. None of this should have happened. I would never recommend PennyMac to anyone.
Nathan was extremely helpful. His turnaround response was great. Amazing guy to work with. He made the process smooth that I did not have to worry about anything.

Everything was fast and smooth

PennyMac team was easy to work with, accommodating and worked quickly on our IRRL. Thanks to Nick and Ryan for all of their help!
Communication was poor. We did not like that we received checks for unsecured debt and did not ask for 10 day pay offs. The amounts were not accurate anymore. We would have preferred direct payment to creditors and there were no account numbers on the checks so the creditors know where to credit the checks to.
