Janette Matthews was a very helpful and professional throughout my experience! She always responded to my concerns within one business day and often times sooner! Prior to her taking over my account through this process, I was given false information by the person who initially met with me telephonically Kenney in the beginning of this process.
Overall, the transaction went smoothly.
My work with Ceista Johnson and Nick Berg was fantastic and very professional. Ceista made it a point to have our loan settled before my vacation dates . She diligently worked to to resolve an issue that was a burp in finalizing the final step. It was a smooth transition once it was resolved, loved having everything handled right a my front door. It would have been better if our loan rep would have called us back or just overall communicated with us. He never answered the phone or responded to emails. To get anything accomplished we had to reach out to another person. We also ended up having to sign documents twice because he messed up the first time. I’m glad we got to refinance but I’m actually annoyed that we have to stay with you as a company now. Our experience was that bad. I mean, AWFUL. Truly TERRIBLE.

Jericha was very friendly and her communication skills were very good. Further, Jericha promptly returned phone calls and kept in contact with me through the whole loan process. If I was to go through the loan process again, I would want Jericha as part of the loan processing team.
