Wasn't pleased with the closing company, showed up late and was told she had no contact information on me, other than my address, therefore she could not call to confirm the time and date of the closing.

My experience with Pennymac throughout this process has been phenomenal! From my first call with Terrell Jean to the entire process with Nathan Hoffman, I was impressed the level of attention, responsiveness and overall customer service provided. Terrell did a great job of quickly getting me pre-approved and Nathan made the entire process extremely seamless. Nathan walked me through my responsibilities, kept me informed of the process and answered all of my questions. THANK YOU!

The process was explained to be easier than it actually ended up being. Closing costs were more than expected and needed to cash to close that was previously not required. Our loan officer was EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of. I'm talking 5 or so emails and calls before we would get an email that did address our issues. Closing dates were cancelled and not communicated so we were at the scheduled appointment waiting and not able to reach anyone. This just added more money to our costs each time.

Overall it was pretty smooth....a couple if small glitches...but nothing real serious...the whole process took approximately 1 month...👍
