The closing time changed a few times and the document originally given with the closing date didnt match what I was told over the phone. I emailed and called the day prior closing to 100% verify the closing time. I was told it was the same time, but I felt like there wasn't much effort put in to actually verifying everyone was on the same page. I waited and no one showed up at the time I had verified the day before. I DO NOT want this publicly posted. All parties should inform of any changes

Not only was the loan a great APR, everything was clearly explained, step by step, and the loan closed quicker than I expected. The whole process was quick and easy, much better than the initial closing on my home, and my information wasn't sold to outside companies, like it was by the other companies that I compared rates with.

The process was easy. I think COVID affected how fast it went so if it wasn’t for COVID I think everything would have been done on time . Overall it was easy and as quick as they could make it
