During the process, I worked with several different contacts. Each of them were very helpful, responsive and professional. This was my first time refinancing so I wasn't sure about the process. I stayed with Pennymac because of my experience with my first loan. It's been a great experience.

Johnathan Ryan and Jack L were great! The other team members who reached out to me for things seemed confused about what they were asking or would change something in the portal but not email me to check or send me the requirements. Or they changed the requirements and not tell me.

took too long...math was wrong...rate was high. not ideal. Hilda was great throughout - just seemed like most of the issues where outside her control
