Everyone was great. They gave me all the information i needed and were very patient with my questions. I appreciated the regular updates on how the loan was progressing, especially the reassurance that all was well.
Process was simple and everyone I worked with was overall very helpful. The process take longer than I expected but I realize this could be due to the current rates. Overall completely happy with the entire process.
