I felt like a good bit of stalling was going on. We had to ask for the disclosure document (72 hour rescission), was requested to provide info that was already sent with a response of "oh, here it is," and being told one day that the information provided was acceptable, only to be told the next day it wasn't. The pre-qual part was great; the qualification part was not so much.

Communication was horrible. Beth refused to provide a direct phone line throughout the process. The only time we heard from her was when she needed paperwork from us. Requests were sent via email with vague descriptions. Even when we could get through technical support to be directed to her line, we ended up with her voice mail box. We did not get a single return phone call during our entire process. Her lack of ownership and ability to plan ahead was apparent and resulted in delayed closing.

Communication is very difficult. We still have unanswered questions and have tried for over a week to get a hold of someone to answer them. Ease of communication is something I would work on.
