The process was incredibly smooth and fast. I was done in less than a month, from my initial call to being funded. Daniel answered my few questions quickly and fully. I never had to wait more than a couple seconds to speak with anyone from my team. I would not hesitate to use PennyMac in the future.

Let's put it this way, the process was so screwed up that my rate lock-in expired... off by months. I paid over $5k in points and I didn't get as low a rate as being advertised at the current time. I had three different loan process handlers. I could go on. This is not to disparage Marques, the problem is clearly with PennyMac.
