First of all Jason Hord was wonderful, he always addressed all of my concerns. The problem I had was the with closing. Things were not communicated very well at all as far as the notary service. I was also called told after closing that I would have to make a payment the next month, when I was told previously that I would not. Again, Jason took care of it for me and everything worked out in the end. It was just a little frustrating getting there. Thanks, Jason, you're the best.

I received multiple phone calls from different people requesting the same information about a property that was already owned by pennymac. This information was able to be taken by pennymac yet every person that called about it told me to email the person managing my refinancing instead of doing the work themselves. Then I got over a dozen letters of account payoff notices. It's like the bosses from office space are running this place.
