From start to finish excellent service.
initial closing disclosure document was not correcy. I shouldn't have to call to resolve the issue. The document should of been caught with the issue by the mac team first, instead myself calling back trying to resolve it. Loan officer didn't want to return my calls after requesting to go over by phone about the closing disclosure document.
The form request for comparison for veterans was not well explained. The documents misspelled my husband's name. It was rude.
