The speed of process could've been improved and inquiries could've been addressed more efficiently. Jennifer Ovando did a great job but in between her assignment and the loan officer (Ryen Tang) things could've been communicated better.
Hermes was great to work with. He was pleasant and willing to explain any part of the process.
500 characters wasn’t enough so bulletpoints. The communication was completely unsatisfactory. The delay in response was horrible. And even then, the information we received was often inaccurate. Were told we would need a cashiers check or wire transfer and the closing company let us know a personal check would be fine. Our last number from Hermès was $600 more than the cost and we never received the final paperwork from him letting us know that. Asked for the same paperwork multiple times.
Everything went great with the process from beginning to end. Everything went as expected.
Stayed in touch and answered questions. The attorney that came to the house was very friendly and professional.

The closing was very quick and they made it very easy.
The beginning of the process was rocky and the same documents were requested several times. But once Nancy took the lead everything flowed seamlessly. She’s awesome.
From begining to end this was the most flawless and smothest refi and or home loan process I have been a part of. This is my 2nd time refinance in 15 years. I have built 3 homes over the last 20 years and this process was the best by a long shot. The communication from the 1st phone call to the last secured email was clear and concise. Sharing needed documents was simple. An overall joy for something that is usually a pain.
