I understand you are busy with refinancing right now. I was told we would close in July. I closed a month later with nothing more than an email saying it’s waiting for underwriting. I emailed asking what is taking so long mid August and never received a reply.

Yes, you need to improve the lines of communication with in your organization. Lack of communication between PennyMac employees as well as the title company. Constant making myself available for closing and PennyMac kept missing the mark.

Several family members refinance through PennyMac. The interest was low and the service was 5 Star!

We gave the best ph. number and time to call to the first agent we spoke to. That information was either not given to Yester, or she didn't read the file information regarding that. Yester continued to call the least best ph. number which did not reach the applicant, and continued to call at times when the applicant was not available. The lack of personal service is another reason we won't recommend PennyMac. Yester's emails were just templates. We got the same template 3-4 week's in a row.
