The team that I was given with Penny Mac was exceptional they communicated with me often they called me whenever anything was needed they called to confirm that I received things I responded promptly and they responded promptly as well whenever I had a question somebody was there to answer it whenever I sent an email I always received a response they were great
Overall good service and closing within expected timeline.
Working with my loan officer was easy and stress free. Even during a global crisis I felt like I received great customer service.
I highly recommend PennyMac. My refinance was painless and very quick. The service was great. And the best part? PennyMac won't sell the mortgage to a random bank. They service all their loans, which is a good thing, considering how easy to use their website is, and their excellent customer service.
Everyone was very helpful in the process from start to finish and everything went seamlessly and we were able to close quicker than we ever expected. Would totally recommend Penny Mac
