- so many different people were contacting me regarding the loan. I didn't know who to contact for what. - was hoping that b/c we were keeping the same mortgage company that this whole process would be a lot easier than it was.... but it wasn't - didn't realize that there would be closing costs again just for refinancing - employees on the west coast should be more considerate of when they are calling people on the east coast. We would get phone calls sometimes after 9pmEST

It would have been helpful to be able to call directly to Jerika. She did always get back in touch with us , just didn’t like going through a central number.
I had to complete the loan process twice back to back due to it not being completed within the time frame. First filed March 13, had to start second one beginning of June. The first loan person was nice and kept me up to date and was responsive. The second time there were multiple times I left a email or voice message and they were never returned. I enjoyed working with Gabriel at the beginning who was quite helpful and personable.
Little hiccup happened with explanation on my wife’s paystubs but the fact that we worked it out very easily over the phone made all the difference. The combination of remote and personal touch made the difference.
