There were a few times I couldn't get ahold of anyone to answer my questions. The time it took to close on my refinance was way longer than expected.

I am disappointed in this entire process from being to end. It started with Reid Wright telling me that I’d get near $9000 from refinancing my mortgage but I ended up only getting a little over $700 at closing! I feel bamboozled into refinancing my mortgage because the whole point in doing so was to have money to pay off some debt but I guess the messily $700 can help with a utility bill! Aida wasn’t prompt in getting back with me when I emailed her about my access code to sign documents.
