I desperately needed to lower my house payment so I thought it couldn't hurt to ask for a r I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy this major milestone was to accomplish with the Pennymac team by my side. My late husband always took care of these matters so I felt like there was so much I just didn't understand but my team explained everything very concisely at me at ease.
