The refinance was easy & a few steps on my part needed to be done. Everyone on the PennyMac team was very nice & helpful. Explained the procedures with the questions that I had. the closing was easy & fast. I would recommend them to others.

Aside from the subpar tech platform for the entire process it was done quickly and communicated very well. Both my loan rep and servicer did an excellent job. I only mention the online tools as it seems like PennyMac is using something that was developed a long time ago. Only advice I would give is to spend some $$ on updating your user interface.

Lack of communication, shifting cash to close numbers, and 2 closings rescheduled within 2 weeks is not the right way to do business. We finally closed but we still have no clue why our closing was rescheduled 2 times previously.
