This process was so easy from beginning to end. It was simple and straightforward and it felt great to let our house work for us! We paid off both vehicles and a loan since yesterday. I highly recommend looking into a refi and checking your options.

The buyer of my home delayed the closing and didn't even try to prioritize or escalate their issues. Our team by comparison was CTC right on time. We had docs ready on time. Communicated with the realtors and title agent regularly. It was a completely flawless on our end and I would recommend everyone work with PNMC if they want to have a smooth and professional loan transaction.

Michael seemed overloaded with work and unable to attend to my loan. I wanted to discuss renegotiating my rate but he didn’t seem very knowledgeable about anything but the most basic processing tasks.The rollover of the phones to a “dump line” which doesn’t let you reach anyone when someone calls on a recognized number is very poor customer service. I had to call on a phone number your system did not recognize to reach my loan officer. I know that is by design and I think it is disingenuous.

It took 4 months to close this simple streamline refinance. I had to walk away from first closing because cash to close was not what Antonio advised me to be prepared to pay. It took involving his upper management team to get the loan closed. After I closed, I continued to get calls from Antonio to set up my closing and I had to call his upper management team again to let him know the loan already closed. Antonio was told on numerous occasions not to call me until after 5pm but didn’t.
