We chose to apply for the refinance with Penny Mac because of an earlier experience and exceptional customer service. We were disappointed in the length of time to process this loan (over 10 weeks), at the repeated requests for the same documentation, and at the delays in getting a phone call or email answered. Our expected closing was delayed 5 days as the documents had been prepared incorrectly and had to be redrawn. We understand you are busy, but this was unacceptable.
Aida Garcia was simply awesome in her role and was always available to assure me that we were going to finish timely and she was right! Thank you Aida!!!
Better communication- if someone is going to return Jason’s call they should be able to answer questions. I never did get an explanation for the amount the I paid to close. Communication was very poor
The process was simple and fast. Jason was very good to work with.
Was pretty seamless. Hard to get a hold of someone at one point but answers were gotten and worked out fine.
