The process was so easy and fast. I was told it could take up to 45 days, I closed in like three weeks. Every loan officer I spoke to, Will Langhagen and Yester Gazdijan, were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable and worked to make this a positive experience. This experience exceeded my expectations. And the rate I received was amazing! This was a great process! Jamie Wright was great. I have questions for your 800 777-4001. I called and they don’t have my account or home. 1. The amount taken monthly for taxes is too low. I need to increase it. 2020 taxes are $9,148.55 2. I want to know when they will pay off m old loan. Previous company is asking for payment. Thx Rori Marston

Our loan processor, Liem Nguyen, was really helpful and patient during the refinancing process. He answered all our questions promptly. However the title company relied on not so accurate information to clear the liens which made the process longer.
